The talk is about Java SOA standards : JBI and SCA. It describes how the two standards complement each other in the upcoming PEtALS 3 version :

  • JBI ensures loosely coupling at the Service Oriented Infrastructure layer
  • SCA proposes a component based approach to efficiently create coarse-grained services by fitting together smaller services
